Bay Breeze will sweep you away with its stunning design, coastal luxe feel, and ample amenities. This home offers everything that a traveler would need and want out of a vacation rental, including scenic views of Cotton Bayou!

Let’s start with the showstopper of a back patio located on the second level. Perch upon one of the many seating options, take a deep breath and enjoy the panoramic beach scape. Enjoy a lazy night in, while being serenaded by some of the many sounds of Gulf Coast nature. 

Entering upstairs is the living area, featuring two cozy love seats, coffee table and large flatscreen television with entertainment cabinet. The sparkling gray and white marble tile floors usher you into the open-air dining area with seating for eight. 

Just off the dining area is a true masterpiece! You may be on vacation, but you’ll need for nothing in this fully-equipped and functional kitchen. The space is beautifully lined with an artistic backsplash and marble countertops. There is plenty of cabinet space bordering the built-in stainless-steel appliances. 

A stackable washer and dryer combination is located in the laundry closet near the kitchen. 

The striking primary bedroom, or should we say showroom, comes fitted with a lush king-sized bed and bench, two nightstands with lamps, mounted flatscreen television and carpet throughout. There is also private access to the balcony patio just through the sliding door!

There is a lavish ensuite master bathroom with vanity and sink, along with a custom fully tiled walk-in shower with bench seating. 

You’ll find two additional guest rooms on the main floor, BOTH with king-sized beds, night tables with lamps, ceiling fans and flatscreen televisions. There is also a roomy shared guest bathroom with a one-sink vanity and tub and shower combination. 

On the bottom floor of the home, you'll find the fourth and final bedroom featuring a king-size bed plus a twin over twin size bunkbed. This is ideal for a small family to enjoy this space all together or perfect for all the kiddos to enjoy in a bunk space. Additionally, the bottom floor offers a full bathroom for guests staying in this bedroom.

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.


  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.


  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.


  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.


  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day
  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.


  • PARKING PASSES: The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.


  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.


  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.


  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
