This renovated gem of a property has a spacious wood-floored living room that peers out onto the Gulf-fronted balcony. There is ample seating, accompanied by a comfortable sleeper sofa. With an open floor feeling, the living room stretches into a dining area that seats (8) and kitchen bar that accommodates (2) guests.  

This pristine white and cobalt blue kitchen boasts state-of-the art built-in appliances and a stand-alone island for all of your cooking needs! The Ombre backsplash is reminiscent of the crystal waves out back. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer located in the kitchen to catch up with laundry during your stay.

Just off the living area is the roomy master suite that features a King-sized bed, flat screen television, private bathroom with a stunning walk-in shower and balcony access through the sliding glass door. Enjoy a solo breakfast or dinner on the dining set outside, listening to the waves lap the shore.

The second bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed, a flat screen television, and has access to the second full hall bath.  

The third bedroom has Twin over Queen bunkbeds, a flat screen television and wrap-around balcony access.

Parking: There are two (2) parking passes available for this unit. 

-Amenities include free WIFI, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as the complex amenities listed above.

-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. 

-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.
