This beautifully decorated, luxury 3 bedroom 3 bath condo in Caribe building C offers the best of many worlds, and is unique versus other Orange Beach luxury condos.  It sleeps (8) with meal seating for up to (10).  Huge rooms and living areas make this condo feel as spacious as it is. There are many great condos on the gulf coast, but read below to find out what makes Caribe C-1004 different!

 

Location: The Caribe resort sits just outside the traffic jam of condos up and down Orange Beach, but close enough to allow easy access to restaurants, shopping and marinas. Four-star restaurant “Cobalt” is immediately adjacent to the property. About a four-minute walk.

 

Beach Access: Multiple ways to quickly get to your tanning spot! The easiest: Take the Caribe shuttle. It will pick you up about every 15 minutes for a 2-minute ride to the beach boardwalk. You can take the shuttle back about every 15 minutes. At the boardwalk, there are public restrooms. Or if you want to hike to the beach on your own, no problem - it’s a quick 7 or 8 minutes. If you are so inclined, you can drive over to the beach access parking areas. 

 

How about the views from this condo?  Most units in the Caribe Resort offer good views. But Caribe C-1004 has great views! It is on the 10th floor, in the middle of the building, which allows you to see westward to other condo towers on Orange Beach, northward across the huge back bay, and eastward all the way back to Ono Island. Watch the boats head from the bay to the Perdido Pass and back, and party boats stop for some fun at the islands a few hundred yards away in the bay.  Wall to wall water views with constant action!

 

Tell me about the sunsets from the porch of C-1004: Less than half of the units in the Caribe Resort have a sunset view. But, because you are 10 floors up, and because you can look north, east, and especially west from our porch – the sunsets are breathtaking!

 

What if I want to catch up on a little work during the vacation? We know that sometimes this is necessary! Situated in the corner of the primary suite is a nice desk with two lamps and a power strip with A/C and USB connections. You can shut the doors to the suite if you like and work in privacy. But don’t stay at the desk too long and miss out on all the fun that the Caribe Resort has to offer!

 

 

THE AMENITIES

 

Caribe Resort is located in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama, just east of the Perdido Pass and one mile west of the Florida-Alabama border. Resort amenities include: 24-hour guarded entry gate, assigned and covered parking, 3 outdoor tiered saltwater pools two of which are zero entry, 9 outdoor hot tubs, 2 outdoor water slides, 1 outdoor kiddie water slide, 3 indoor heated saltwater pools, 3 indoor hot tubs, 2 wet saunas, 2 dry saunas, fishing docks, outdoor BBQ area, shuttle to beach, Bocce ball court, pickle ball court, 3 lighted tennis courts, a putting green, new mini golf course, fitness centers in each building, arcade, and boat slips available for rent through the Caribe Marina. There is free wireless internet available throughout property. Cobalt Restaurant is located on-site for a breathtaking waterfront dining experience. There is also a deli located on-site to grab a quick bite for lunch. 

 

How cool are the lazy river and outdoor pools? This is probably what sets the Caribe Resort most apart from other condo properties across the Florida panhandle. The south deck features a long lazy river, three huge connected outdoor zero entry pools , hot tubs, and an enormous deck with hundreds of lounge chairs and Tiki Bar, all overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! The north deck features three huge connected outdoor zero entry pools, two waterslides, hot tubs, and decking with dozens of lounge chairs, all overlooking the bay and all the boating activity there.  Building B also has its own pools and slides if you want to venture out a little. 

 

Indoor pools -  Come to Caribe any time of year and go for dip! All three Caribe buildings have their own hot tubs and indoor pools with special attention to slides and features for the little ones. But adults can jump in too! 

 

Other amenities - The Caribe resort offers three lighted tennis courts, a 10,000 sq ft natural Bermuda putting green, fitness center, and game room. There is also a deli located on-site to grab a quick bite for lunch. 

 

Marina - Just a couple hundred yards to the west is a marina where you can rent multiple types of boats for your own use, or book a charter to go after the big ones. 

 

Boat Docks - If you bring your boat, look down from the outdoor porch of C1004 and you will see boat slips that can be rented (extra charge), and gas pumps to keep you running all day. Entry ramps are less than 5 minutes away.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document. 

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTIONMust be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. 

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. 

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase. 

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels. 

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
