Changing Latitudes is a COMPLETELY RENOVATED, pet friendly, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 1830 sq foot home with pool located directly across the street from the beaches of Gulf Shores, AL with public beach access only 0.5 miles away. 

Adequate parking for 4 vehicles. No parking passes required.

THE PROPERTY 

Primary Bedroom: King Bed

Bedroom 2: Two (2) Queen Beds

Bedroom 3: Queen Bed

Bedroom 4: Two Twin Bunk Beds (sleeps 4)

The bottom floor is the main living area. The main floor has a living room with brand new luxury couch and chairs, large HDTV, and decorative shelving. The living/den area opens up to the kitchen with brand new stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and designer backsplash. Next to the kitchen is a dining area that completes the open floor plan and leads out to the back deck with charcoal grill. On the front side of the main floor is a guest bedroom with a Queen bed that shares a hallway bath with the bunk room with two twin bunk beds. 

Upstairs on the second floor you will find a second guest bedroom with Two Queen beds. This bedroom has balcony access and a private bathroom. Across the hall is the Primary Suite. The primary suite has King bed, HDTV, balcony access with Gulf views, and a private large bathroom with stand-up shower, soaking tub, and private toilet closet. 

The BEACH is across the street. A private pool is accessible from the back deck of the home. Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

***- DOG fee is $250 and max weight of pet allowed is 40 pounds. Pet fee is not included in the total. You have to let us know after reserving that you are bringing a dog so the pet fee can be added.**

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES: 

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. 

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: No parking passes required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
