Cotton Bayou 9D is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo located in the quaint Cotton Bayou Condominium complex located on Cotton Bayou. This WATERFRONT Orange Beach condominium comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. 

When you enter the property, you will enter into the dining area that is furnished with a dining room table that seats 4 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is next to the dining area and is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates & glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Orange Beach vacation.  The dining room opens up into the living room. The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, a recliner, 2 comfortable chairs, and H.D.T.V. Off the living room is a large private balcony that overlooks Cotton Bayou. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while admiring boats go by! 

The Master bedroom has a King bed, H.D.T.V., private balcony access, and private bath. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Two (2) additional downstairs guests bedrooms have queen beds and share a hall/guest bathroom. The hall/guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.  Up the spiral staircase, there is a loft bedroom with two twin beds, H.D.T.V., 2 chairs, as well as a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. 

COMPLEX AMENITIES 

Cotton Bayou Condominiums is a boater and fisherman’s paradise with a boat launch, available boat slip, and fishing pier. Enjoy the huge outdoor pool with community tiki bar and public bathrooms or grab your racquet for a quick set of tennis. The Cotton Bayou public beach is conveniently located directly across the street from the complex.

This unit is located at 26115 Perdido Beach Blvd in the Heart of Orange Beach, DIRECTLY across from the Beach and on Cotton Bayou! A true boaters paradise with a private boat launch and slips for you stay.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS 

Parking: There are two (2) assigned parking places under the unit. There is one (1) additional parking pass available for guest parking area. 

- Boat slip docking is $100/week fee for guest, due to the HOA on site

-a fully equipped kitchen

-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. 

-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

-Must be at least 25 years old to book 

-Additional fees and taxes may apply 

-Photo ID may be required upon check-in 

-Check-in is at 4 p.m. (no exceptions)

-Check-out is at 10 a.m. (you will be charged an extra day if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.) 

- A full list of our rules and regulations is contained in our Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement, which you will agree to upon booking.
