This property has an open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area that the whole family can enjoy. The living area has a Queen sleeper sofa, a cozy chair, HDTV Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and access to the HUGE balcony. The fully stocked kitchen has all that you'll need to prep and cook a wonderful meal for your guests and the dining area has seating for all. 

Just off the living area is the master bedroom features a King size bed, HDTV, private bathroom and private balcony access through the sliding glass door. The second bedroom on the opposite side of the unit offers Two (2) Twin beds, HDTV, and shares access to the second full hall bath.  

COMPLEX AMENITIES 

The complex offers heated indoor/outdoor swim through pool with zero entry, fountains, hot tub, sauna, barbecue grills, a spacious game room (pool and foosball), fitness center that overlooks the sugary sandy beach and a spectacular million dollar view!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS 

Parking: There are two (2) parking passes available for this unit. 

-Amenities include free WiFi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as the complex amenities listed above.

-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. 

-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.
