This property sits on the west end side of the east building. As you enter the property you will immediately notice the family friendly open floor plan for common areas. Directly to your left is the fully equipped kitchen and dining space. Just beyond the the dining space is the large living area with sleeper sofa, love seat, chairs, HDTV, and balcony access doors. 

To the left of the living area is the first guest bedroom with Two (2) Queen beds, closet, HD TV, and a Private bathroom for guests. On the opposite side of the living space is the hallway access to the other bedrooms. On your right is the second guest bedroom with Full bed, twin bed, closet, HDTV, and private access to the hall/guest bathroom.  

At the end of the hallway you will find the large master bedroom with King bed, private balcony access & views, large walk-in closet, a private master bathroom. The master bathroom is equipped with a large jetted tub, stand-up glass shower, a double sink vanity.  

Amenities at this complex include: indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, GULF FRONT pier.

This unit is located at 26072 Perdido Beach Blvd in the Heart of Orange Beach. Convenient to restaurants and shopping!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS 

-PARKING PASSES: There is 1 parking pass included, a second parking pass can be purchased EXCEPT during the week of Memorial Day and the week of Fourth of July. Please contact us for the exact dates. During these dates, there is only ONE (1) parking pass included in the reservation. 

-Amenities include free WiFi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen

-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. 

-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

-Photo ID may be required upon check-in 

-Check is at 4 p.m. (no exceptions)

-Check out is at 10 a.m. (you will be charged an extra day if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)
