Grand Beach Resort Unit # 212 is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. As you enter the condo the master bedroom is directly on your left with a queen bed. Continue through the hallway and you will find a set of twin built-in bunks on your right and the bathroom on your left. Through the hall you will enter the open kitchen, dining, and living room area. The dining area has a 4 person round table for eating and games. Watch TV on the HDTV while sitting on the Queen sleeper sofa or one of two comfortable chairs.
Just off the living room is the door to the balcony where you will find direct views of the sea oats, sand dunes, and the Gulf of Mexico. Just below the unit to your right is the community pool and hot tub. There are also community grills. The complex has stairs and elevators to get to the second floor. On the west end of the building is where you can cross the street and use the deeded beach access for the complex.
