This charming Beach Cottage is located two blocks from the beach with a convenient pedestrian crosswalk on Beach Blvd. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the spacious deck in the front of the house This home is within walking distance of the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Sea-n-Suds Restaurant and the Gulf Market. Additional entertainment space is available in the spacious area under the cottage. 

The main living space is spacious and includes HD TV and a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a dining area with a dining table with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. 

Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed with HDTV. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed and HDTV. 

The lower level provides a great space for outdoor enjoyment including dining, conversation or just relaxing for a moment.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

--DOG FRIENDLY with payment of non-refundable pet deposit which covers the extra cleaning required due to pet hair. You MUST tell us you are bringing your dog! 

-If you are bringing a pet, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable pet deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. 

-There are no parking passes required for this property

-Amenities include free WiFi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen

-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. 

-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

-Must be at least 25 years old to book 

-Additional fees and taxes may apply 

-Photo ID may be required upon check-in 

-Check-in is at 4 p.m. (no exceptions)

-Check-out is at 10 a.m. (you will be charged an extra day if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.) 

-If you are bringing a dog, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable pet deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage ($300.00).  

- A full list of our rules and regulations is contained in our Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement, which you will agree to upon booking.
