Harbor House A1 is a unique 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo located in Gulf Shores, AL. This unit comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests. As you enter the property you will immediately notice the vaulted ceiling with wood exposed beams in the living area. The living area has plenty of seating with a leather sleeper sofa, leather love seat, leather chair, large HDTV, old style iron fireplace (not operational), and coastal décor. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals for you and your guests. There is a dining table with seating for six and four additional bar stools at the kitchen counter. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with tons of storage and a second fridge.
Enjoy the large, enclosed balcony with plenty of seating and an extra sleeper sofa or venture out to one of the open-air balconies on either the east or west side. This property was built before the new condo lines were set, so you will be able to enjoy unobstructed views.
The split floor plan has a Master bedroom on east side of the property. This bedroom has a king bed, lots of storage, a HDTV, private balcony access, and a private bathroom with shower &d soaking tub. Across the living area is the two additional bedrooms. The southwest bedroom has a King bed, storage, a HDTV, and private balcony access. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed, twin bed, costal décor, and storage. These bedrooms share a hall/guest full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
