Close your eyes and imagine starting your day off on the beachfront balcony with a warm pastry and cup of coffee. You and your guests can dine al fresco on the outdoor dining table, or even lay back on the lounger. Don’t waste those glorious southern sunrises!

Once breakfast is over, head inside to the living area. There is a soft gray sleeper sofa and area rug, standing lamp and corner reading chair, all facing the big mounted flatscreen television and entertainment cabinet. Keep the curtains open and continue bathing in the warm natural light and watery scenery. Just off the living room is a dining area with a classic coastal-chic, white-washed table that has seating for six individuals.  There is additional custom crafted stool seating for three at the kitchen bar.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked and ready for lunch and dinner preparation! Built-in stainless-steel appliances line the area, and you’ll have access to numerous amenities, such as utensils, cutlery and toaster. Bon Appetit!

There is a full-sized washer and dryer with storage racks in the unit as well.

Wishing to rise with the sun on your face? The master bedroom has private balcony access to experience just that! There is a king-sized bed with nightstand, dresser, flatscreen television and an ensuite master bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with a gorgeous walk-in shower and vanity with cabinet space and mirror.

The first sky-blue guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with matching nightstand and lamp, dresser set and flatscreen television. There is an attached guest bathroom with vanity and mirror and tub and shower combination.

The second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well with a seven-drawer dresser, standing lamp, console table and mounted flatscreen tv. It also has an attached bathroom with vanity and mirror and walk-in shower.

Grab eight best friends, family members, or heck, just yourself and lay your towel down at Island Royale 1101. You’ll pat yourself on the back!

-There are Two (2) parking passes included with this reservation. One pass gets you an assigned, covered parking spot, the other is for whichever space is available. 

-Amenities include free WiFi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen

-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. 

-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

and must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay.
