Welcome to Island Tower 2101! This DREAMY vacation condo is an ideal place to steal away for your next family vacay! You’ll find almost 360 degrees of views of the Alabama Gulf Coast from every room in the property. 

 

After you enter the welcoming foyer, you’ll immediately be drawn down the hall to the open floor-plan living space. This area will wow you with beach views south and east along those sugar-white sands. The living room boasts incredible light from floor-to-ceiling windows and coastal décor throughout. Included in this space is seating for five or more on the couch and 2 armchairs. You’ll also enjoy access to the beach-front balcony from the living room. 

 

The adjoining dining area features a cozy table with seating for 5 and an additional 2 at the breakfast bar.  Next up is the light and bright kitchen featuring all white cabinets, multiple stone elements on the countertops, bar front, and backsplash along with stainless-steel appliances. You will also find all the appliances and kitchen tools needed for your time away are included in this area. Adjacent to this, you’ll find a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer for guest use. 

 

Just off the living area, you’ll find the FIRST Primary Suite. With beach-front balcony access (shared with the living room), this bedroom includes a king-sized bed, chairs, night stands, dresser, and HDTV. Floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass door line the south-facing wall. An ensuite bathroom is located inside this bedroom and private for guest staying in this bedroom. A Large walk-in shower, garden tub, and double sink vanity will supply ample room and luxury to this area. 

 

Back down the hall you’ll find the two remaining bedrooms. These two bedrooms share access to an additional balcony that feature east views of the coastline and the hub of Gulf Shores along with north views of Little Lagoon and West Beach. The first of these two bedrooms acts as a second primary suite. With a queen-sized bed, beautiful views, and a private ensuite bathroom, this property is ideal for a large group or two families traveling together. The final bedroom features two twin beds and beautiful views. This room has use of the third bathroom located just across the hallway.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES: 

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document. 

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. 

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. 

 

  • RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage guests to purchase. 

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, soap, and roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
