 Palm Beach Resort C 55 Palm Beach C55 is a breezy three (3) bedroom, three (3) bathroom 1706 square foot condo located in sunny Orange Beach, Alabama. This waterfront unit easily accommodates eight guests and boasts impressive views of the sandy shore that borders the emerald-tinged Gulf.


Two (2) parking passes maximum allowed for this property. To be purchased on site upon arrival. Price is $45 per pass for the length of stay

The living room opens to a large balcony that peers out over both the centrally located pool AND the Gulf, dappled with bits of sparkles from the sun’s rays. Take sanctuary on the balcony dining set with an iced coffee and your breakfast of choice. Toast to the morning or cheers to the moon and stars as they shine over the water.    

Wander back inside to the comfort of the living room fitted with cozy double sofas, one of which transforms to a sleeper. There is a generously sized flatscreen television mounted above the turquoise entertainment cabinet. Behind one of the couches is a quaint little reading nook with cushy chair and small writing desk.

There is a dining area adjacent to the living room with a dining table that seats six and banquet hutch.  Additional seating is available at the island bar with four stools.

The fully stocked kitchen has plentiful counter space and cabinet storage as well as built-in appliances and amenities throughout. There is free-standing island cart that holds extra utensils for the chef! 

Need to do a bit of laundry? You’ll find a stackable washer and dryer tucked into a closet for your convenience.

Entering the primary bedroom, there is a king-sized bed with matching side tables, matching dresser, mounted flatscreen television, closet and views, views, views from the balcony. The ensuite primary bathroom is substantial with loads of space for movement while getting ready for the day! It boasts a big double-sink vanity, jetted tub and walk-in shower.

The first guest bedroom also has a king-sized bed with coordinating side tables, corner recliner and chair and dresser with mounted flatscreen television. The attached bathroom has a tub and shower combination and massive vanity with storage.

The second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed adorned with an undersea quilt that will instantly spur your desire to snorkel! There is a beautifully painted dresser with mounted flatscreen television above, closet and attached bathroom. The bathroom has a nice vanity with mirror and tub and shower combination.

Spend the day sight-seeing, shopping or simply sippin’ on your beverage of choice shoreside. When your jam packed (or lazy) day is through, find respite at Palm Beach C55!

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.


  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.


  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.


  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.


  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day. 


  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.



  • PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes maximum. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.


  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.


  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.


  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
