Bottom Floor Bedroom: Queen Bed Upstairs Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed Bunk Room: Two (2) Bunk Beds; Master: King Bed, Two Twin Roll-out beds in the Master Closet

Living Area: Sleeper Sofa The bottom floor is the main living area. The main floor has a living room with two couches (one is a Queen sleeper sofa), HDTV, 2 lounge chairs, and beautiful built-in cabinets. The living/den area opens up to the kitchen with brand new stainless appliances and granite counter tops. Next to the kitchen is a dining area that completes the open floor plan and leads out to the private deck with a swing and deck furniture. You have peek-a-boo views of the Gulf from the spacious deck. On the front side of the main floor is a guest bedroom with a Queen bed that shares a hall bath with the open foyer. 

Upstairs on the second floor you will find a second guest bedroom with a Queen bed. This bedroom has a private lagoon/north-facing balcony and a private bath room. Down the hall is the bunk room with two sets of Twin bunk beds and a HDTV with DVD capabilities. Next to the bunk room is the Master Suite. The master suite has King bed, HDTV, private south-facing balcony with peek-a-boo Gulf views, walk-in closet and private large bathroom with a double vanity and stand up shower. 

Off the back deck you have your own private fenced in POOL! and BBQ grilling area.

***The BEACH is a short 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach. Dog friendly!!! A $250 pet fee will be added after you make the reservation if you are planning on bringing your pet. Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels.**

On the front side of the main floor is a guest bedroom with a Queen bed that shares a hall bath with the bunk room with two twin bunk beds. 

Upstairs on the second floor you will find a second guest bedroom with Two Queen beds. This bedroom has balcony access and a private bath room. Across the hall is the Master Suite. The master suite has King bed, HDTV, balcony access with Gulf views, and a private large bathroom with stand up shower, soaking tub, and private toilet closet.
