Experience relaxation on your next BEACH vacation at this two (2) Bedroom, two (2) Bathroom, 910 sq. ft. condo unit that is located DIRECTLY on the beach and convenient to many restaurants and shopping.  

 

Two (2) parking passes maximum allowed for this unit. $55 each to be purchased on site. Not included in reservation cost.

***PLEASE BE ADVISED - Elevator modernization project is scheduled to begin the first week of October - thru March 2024. The total length of the  project is expected to last approximately 24 weeks, or 12 weeks per elevator. Please know that elevator access may be challenging at times during this extremely important upgrade to your building, only one elevator will be in operation at a time.  

Additionally, the hot tub replacement project will begin starting Tuesday, November 28 through approximately December 28, 
CLOSING the HOT TUBS & the FITNESS CENTER. Phoenix I guests may use the Phoenix II Hot Tubs and Fitness Center during the construction of both of these projects. As an additional safety precaution, the entire south lobby, at times will be closed to include the racquet ball court and restrooms allowing the safe removal of construction debris and the delivery of materials.***

Phoenix 1093 is located at the Phoenix 1 building in Orange Beach, Alabama. This unit was completely renovated in 2017 and is fully upgraded with all the extras you could want on your beach vacation. As you enter the property you immediately see the inviting plank tile hardwood floors. To your immediate left is the guest bedroom with beach decor, full/twin bunk bed, and HDTV. On your right you will find the guest bathroom with granite counter tops, new fixtures, and tile shower/tub combo.

As you continue on into the unit you will find the galley kitchen with white appliances, granite counter tops, and custom cabinets with easy close drawers. To the right is the chic dining area with a wooden dining room table with seating for eight. Just past the dining area is the living area with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, HDTV, and access to the private beach front balcony, with ample furnishings for you to sit and enjoy the waves. 

Just off the living area is the master suite. Here you will find a cozy king bed, HDTV, and private master bath with granite counter tops, new fixtures, and shower/tub combo. The master suite also has its own private balcony access to view the beach.

The Phoenix complex comes with tons of amenities including: indoor hot tub, outdoor pool, kiddie pool with mushroom waterfall, racquetball court, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard, fitness center, business center, private beach access, gated access with security guard, and more. Access to indoor heated pool located in Phoenix III and Phoenix IV.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes max. $55 each not included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
