Phoenix IV 4143 is a posh three bedroom two bathroom unit located in the premier Phoenix IV condominium complex. Upon first glance, you’ll notice the almost floor to ceiling windows in the living room that peer out onto the balcony and Gulf. The views are something special! There is an outdoor dining table for hosting morning meals and extra chairs for taking in the scenery.

Through the sliding door is the vast, fully tiled living room. The soothing décor promotes a serene atmosphere one looks for while on vacation. There is a plush sectional, coffee table and large mounted flatscreen television and coffee cart. Hit the pool, then relax and watch a movie with a steamy cup of joe!

From the living room, you can easily slip right into the fully equipped kitchen. It is lined with a striking custom tile backsplash and winter-white cabinetry. There are several conveniences, including a blender, toaster, coffee maker, various utensils for cooking and stainless-steel built-in appliances.

Off the kitchen is a dining area. The unique glass-topped dining set is a distinctive work of art and can accommodate up to eight guests. Feast on take-out or whip up something to bring to the table.

Nothing is lacking at Phoenix IV 4143, not even a laundry space! There is a closet with full sized washer and dryer for your cleaning needs.

The roomy primary suite has a King-sized bed with matching side tables, closet, six-drawer dresser and mounted flatscreen television. The cherry on top? It boasts private access to the balcony! Keep those pjs on and head outside for an early morning sunrise. Attached to the primary suite is the coastal-classy primary bathroom. There is a gorgeously tiled walk-in shower and vanity. Take notice of the eclectic added touches throughout.

Wanting another King-sized bed? You’re in luck. The first guest bedroom has one too! Next to the bed are two nightstands with lamps. There is also a closet for extra storage and a mounted flatscreen television.

The vibrantly colored second guest bedroom has two Queen-sized beds with a dresser in between.  There is also a mounted flatscreen television.

There is a guest bathroom accessed in the hallway with a tub and shower combination and vanity.

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.


  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.


  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.


  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.


  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.


  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.


  • PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes max. $55 each not included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.


  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.


  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.


  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
