NOTE: Beginning June 2022, a necessary maintenance project will be underway at Phoenix V. This project will close all balconies and they will NOT be accessible to guests during their stay. Project is expected to last 2 months.

The main living space offers a cozy living area with new sleeper sofa, two reclining chairs and brown swivel chair, HDTV, glass coffee table, and coastal décor. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, and glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Orange Beach vacation. The condo also offers an indoor and outdoor dining areas as well as bar seating. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a HDTV, and bathroom access for privacy. The full bathroom comes with a shower/tub combo.

Amenities include: outdoor pool, direct beach access, outdoor "pirate themed" splash pad with slide and water guns, indoor heated pool and jacuzzies, racquetball court, tennis court, basketball court, outdoor shuffleboard, outdoor grills, free WiFi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. 

-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

-Must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present the duration of the reservation 

-(1) parking pass is $55 and needs to be purchased at the Condo Complex upon arrival

-Additional fees and taxes may apply 

-Photo ID may be required upon check-in 

-Check in time is 4 p.m. 

-Check out time is 10 a.m.
