“Pipedream West" (Unit B) is a PET FRIENDLY* 4 bedroom, 3 and a half bathroom, 1365 sq. ft. duplex located in Gulf Shores, Alabama, just two blocks from the beach!

Large party? You can rent both sides of this duplex! There is easy access door balconies that connect both units. Each side sleeps 8 for a total of 16 if you rent the entire duplex. 

*This property is pet friendly; however, you must notify the staff that you are bringing your pet along with you. We require and additional pet fee of $250.00 per pet  to cover the extra cleaning due to pet hair.

The main level offers a cozy living area with newer sleeper sofa, coffee table and coastal décor. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. There is a four seater high top table in the kitchen that doubles as an island and there is a small two seater table for additional dining. Downstairs you will find the Master Bedroom with a King size bed, Closet, private bathroom, and a private balcony access through the bathroom. There is an additional half bath downstairs for guest to utilize while enjoying the living area and kitchen. Upstairs their are three bedrooms. The South guest bedroom has a Twin Bunk Bed, mounted HDTV, Closet, a private south facing balcony, and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the middle bedroom with a Queen Bed, closet, and mounted HDTV. The south guest bedroom has a Queen bed, closet, mounted HDTV, and private balcony access. There is a hall full bathroom upstairs. This duplex is dog friendly with payment of a non-refundable $250 pet deposit which covers the extra cleaning required due to pet hair.

This unit is located 333 E 2nd Ave, Gulf Shores, AL which is 2 blocks off the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS 

-DOG FRIENDLY with payment of non-refundable $250 pet deposit (per pet) which covers the extra cleaning required due to pet hair. You MUST tell us you are bringing your dog! 

-Amenities include free WiFi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen

-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. 

-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

-Photo ID may be required upon check-in 

-Check is at 4 p.m. (no exceptions)

-Check out is at 10 a.m. (you will be charged an extra day if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.) 

-If you are bringing a pet, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable pet deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.
