Parking available for up to 4 vehicles.  

***DOG FEE is $250 and max weight of dog allowed is 40 pounds. Dog fee is NOT included in the total. You will need to let us know after reserving that you are bringing a dog so the fee can be added.***

Welcome to Reel ‘Em Inn Beach House! Located near the heart of Orange Beach, this home is perfect for boaters and guest looking for a quiet haven close to the beach! 

 

When entering the second floor main living space, you’ll find the ideal open floor plan to enjoy each other’s company during your stay. Lots of windows to enjoy the light and views from outside. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, love seat, and flat screen television. The dining area includes seating for 6 at the table. The kitchen includes a counter height island with seating for 3. Fully outfitted with appliances and utensils, you’ll enjoy dinner time while at Reel ‘Em Inn! 

 

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen television, and deck access along with private access to the primary bath. The primary bath includes a shower/tub combination. On this same floor, the guest bedroom features all the aspects of a bunk room. With one Twin over twin bunk bed and one twin over full bunk bed, guests will enjoy a flat screen television and deck access directly from the bedroom. A hallway bathroom is available for these guests along with visitors in the living space. The laundry area is also located on this level.  

 

Downstairs on the floor level is an additional bedroom featuring a private bathroom and kitchenette. The area includes a king-size bed, small retro refrigerator, microwave, and sink. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. 

 

The outdoor spaces are packed with amenities for everyone to enjoy. Two boat slips, water-front fire pit area, barbecue area, sun lounge area, sandy beach space, under-house dining/lounge, and outdoor shower complete the fun! 

Boat and jet ski trailer parking available on site, home close to cotton bayou boat ramp (right around the corner).  Dock has two boat slips for up to 35 ft boats and jet skis can be tied up to the dock as well.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document. 

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. 

 

  • AGE RESTRICTIONMust be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. 

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
  • DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. 
  • PARKING PASSESFour (4) - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. 

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase. 

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels. 

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
