*This property is pet friendly; however, you must notify the staff that you are bringing your pet along with you. We require and additional pet fee of $150.00 to cover the extra cleaning.

The Sea Oats Condominiums are located on west beach in beautiful Gulf Shores, AL. Relax on the white sand beaches or spend the day boating and fishing on the Little Lagoon. This low density complex features: private beach access, fishing docks, boat slip, boat launch, multiple pools (2) large main pools, 2 kiddie pools) & BBQ grills. 

This unit is located in building E on the first floor. It comfortably sleeps up to 6! King bed in the master bedroom, 2 Twin Beds in the guest bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa located in the living room. The private balcony has a view of the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances, cookware, & dishes you will need to prepare meals during your vacation. This condo is equipped with a washer and dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Free Wi-Fi!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

-Two (2) Parking Passes are included with this rental

-Amenities include free WiFi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen

-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. 

-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

POLICIES: 

-NO smoking 

-Must be at least 25 years old to book 

-Additional fees and taxes may apply 

-Photo ID may be required upon check-in 

-Check-in is at 4 p.m. (no exceptions)

-Check-out is at 10 a.m. (you will be charged an extra day if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.) 

-A full list of our rules and regulations is contained in our Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement, which you will agree to upon booking. 

-If you are bringing a pet, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable pet deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage ($300.00).
