Make sure you pack the camera before you venture down to Seaside Beach and Racquet Club 5715. With stunning Gulf views, this unit is sure to please any photographing traveler! The wraparound balcony is the perfect vantage point to take in the sparkling blue waters and Alabama shoreline.

Inside the sliding doors is the living room furnished with modern eclectic seating, including a sleeper sofa, leather recliner and mid-century styled sitting chair. You won’t have to miss your binge-worthy shows because there is a mounted flatscreen television in the corner as well.

Open to the living room is the shiplap lined dining area with a unique glass-topped set that seats six guests and additional three stools to accommodate more.

The cozy kitchen is ideal for prepping meals, as it’s fully equipped with built-in appliances. There is ample cabinet storage space and several amenities as well.

Just off the kitchen is the primary bedroom. It is fitted with a king-sized bed, nightstand and lamp, corner reading chair, matching dresser and flatscreen television. Best part of the suite is that it has private access to the balcony! Slip out and have your morning coffee (or cocktail) on the outdoor bistro set. The ensuite primary bathroom has a vanity with mirror and tub and shower combination.

The first guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, reading chair, dresser and closet for your storage needs. The attached guest bathroom has a vanity with mirror and a tub and shower combination. It can also be accessed through the hallway.

Outside the guest bedrooms is a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer.

The second guest bedroom has a wooden twin over twin bunk bed and ladder. There is a nook with shelving, closet, dresser and flatscreen television. The little ones will go crazy over this space!

Amenities include outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis courts, steam room, sauna, shuffleboard, fitness room (located in the first building past the guard shack and open 8:00 - 8:00pm), free Wi-Fi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen.  **Please be advised of WINTER HOURS: Sunday, October 1st, Seaside Beach & Racquet Club will begin the winter hours on property for the security guards and the amenities.  8 AM to 8 PM.**

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.


  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.


  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.


  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.


  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.


  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.


  • PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.


  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.


  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.


  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
