Seawind PH3 (Penthouse) is a Three (3) bedroom, Two (2) bathroom, 1150 sq. ft. unit located directly on the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores, AL. This unit can comfortably sleep 8 guests and has all the amenities you can expect with a luxury gulf front condo. The Seawind complex sits directly in the heart of Gulf Shores, AL and is walking distance from many great restaurants & shopping venues, including the famous Sea & Suds restaurant. 

As you enter the unit you will find the first guest bedroom directly to your left. This cozy room is equipped with a Twin Day bed and a twin trundle pull out underneath. To your immediate right is the second guest bedroom with a Queen bed, HDTV, and private access to the hall, shared full bathroom. In the hallway there is a full laundry room and full bathroom. Further down the hall you will enter the main living space with fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, living area and balcony access. Just off the living area is the Master bedroom with King bed, HTDV, private bathroom, and private balcony access.

There are Two (2)  parking pass included with this rental. 

-Amenities include free WiFi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen

-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. 

-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.
