Experience true luxury in this waterfront home! Splashed in vibrant colors, the first-floor spacious living room has ample seating, including a sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests. There is a large mounted flatscreen tv for your viewing pleasure and views of the Gulf through the ceiling-to-floor windows.
The airy, open floor plan seamlessly ushers the dining area into the kitchen. There is a beautifully crafted wood dining table that provides seating for eight and an island bar with five stools to gather around. The fully stocked kitchen has two, yes two, stainless steel refrigerators for snacks galore! There are other built-in amenities, plentiful amounts of utensils and appliances lining the counters and cabinets.
Downstairs, there are two tropically decorated bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser and flatscreen tv. The connected bathroom has a tub and shower combo with a one-sink vanity. The second flamingo-inspired bedroom also has a queen-sized bed with dresser and flatscreen tv. The attached bathroom has another tub and shower combo with a vanity. In the hallway, there is a full-sized washer and dryer.
Saunter upstairs to the extremely roomy primary bedroom, with king-sized bed, reading chair, flatscreen tv and access to a private balcony with seating and epic scenery views. The master bathroom has a double sink vanity with sizable counter space. There is a walk-in shower and jetted garden tub.
Down the hall is an adorable bunk room with a twin-sized bunk bed. There is a dresser, flatscreen tv and closet.
The next bedroom contains a bunk bed with twin mattresses and a full-sized bed. There is an armoire, flatscreen tv, and rod iron desk. There is an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combo and vanity.
The last vast bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed with two nightstands, a large dresser, flatscreen tv, sitting chair and connected bathroom. The bathroom has a tub and shower combo and vanity.
There is another full-sized washer and dryer upstairs. Talk about convenience under one glorious roof!
Drifting back downstairs, the outdoor patio is truly a stunner. There is an outdoor couch and outdoor seats, all surrounding a firepit. There is also an outdoor dining table that comfortably accommodates six guests. Off the deck is your own private beach access out back. A simple set of stairs will take you to those sugary sands that everyone brags about!
There is also a hammock and picnic table on the ground level to enjoy the salty sunrises and sunsets.
