Spier House – Jonah is a 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom duplex sleeping 6 and is located in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores, Alabama.  

***DOG FEE is $250 and max weight of dog allowed is 40 pounds. Dog fee is NOT included in the total. You will need to let us know after reserving that you are bringing a dog so the fee can be added.***   

Large party? You can rent both sides of this duplex! There is an easy access door that connects both properties. Each side sleeps 6 for a total of 12 if you rent the entire duplex. 

Even larger party? We also manage the house across the street (it’s called “Our Serenity Now”). It sleeps 16. If you rent both the duplex and the house next door, you will have sleeping accommodations for 28.

The additional side of the duplex offers an additional 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with room for 6 more guests if rented together.

The property features a spacious living area with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up delicious meals and enjoying them with friends and family. One of the highlights of this property is the shared pool, which is perfect for cooling off on a hot day or relaxing after a long day of exploring. You can take advantage of the pool's loungers and soak up the sun while enjoying the serene surroundings. Our duplex is also dog friendly, so you can bring your furry friend along for the fun! The area around the property is great for dog walking and exploring, so you and your dog can enjoy some quality time together. When you're ready to retire for the night, the bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements with one king bed, a queen bed, and a twin over twin bunk bed. The property also comes with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document. 

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. 

 

  • AGE RESTRICTIONMust be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. 

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. 

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES4 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. 

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase. 

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels. 

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
