This colorful, inviting beachfront condo sleeps (8) comfortably and is the perfect choice for your next getaway to Orange Beach! Offering incredible views up and down the shimmering coastline, you can practice your serve on the onsite tennis court and cool off in the shared indoor/outdoor pools or in the Gulf of Mexico just a few steps away! Afterwards, you can relax on your private balcony, sip your favorite beverage, and gaze at miles of white sandy beach.

The spacious tiled living room is filled with soft leather reclining couches, as well other seating options to meet all of your relaxation needs. Lay back and watch the big game on the whopping 82" Smart Television. Next to the tv is a bar nook with a new ice machine to fill up your cocktail glasses.

From the living area, there is a dining table that seats (6) guests. The fully functional kitchen overlooks both the dining space and den and comes equipped with built-in appliances and a stainless-steel refrigerator. There is a small bar nook with (2) stools off the kitchen for extra accommodation.

There is a new full-sized washer and dryer tucked into the hallway.

The roomy master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with a 40" smart tv. There is private access from the room to the balcony, peering out onto the glittering Gulf. The generous en-suite bathroom is fitted with both a garden tub and walk-in shower and a large vanity counter with double sinks and a stool.  

The first guest bedroom has a king-sized bed with a 40" smart tv and chest of drawers. There is also a connected bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity. 

The second guest bedroom has (2) queen beds and a 40" smart tv. There is a large guest bathroom connected with a tub/shower combo, wide vanity counter and a 6-drawer dresser.

What's nearby:
The Gulf-front Enclave complex has a lovely deck with access to the soft sand of Orange Beach, allowing you to spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing. Adventure Island features go-karts, bumper boats, and laser tag less than a mile west, and the beautiful expanse of Gulf State Park is three miles beyond. You'll also find a variety of restaurants close by, including Cactus Cantina, Franco's Italian, and Bubba's Seafood House.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: _2 Parking Passes to be purchased from Security Guard onsite ANY dates between March 1st and the Tuesday after Labor Day. Off season passes are free of charge __ The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. Parking passes must be purchased between  U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are NOT allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
