"Turtle's Nest Side B (West Side) is a DOG FRIENDLY* 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, duplex located in Gulf Shores, Alabama, just one block from the beach!

Large party? You can rent both sides of this duplex! There is easy access to both units. Each side sleeps 8 for a total of 18 if you rent the entire duplex. 

***- DOG friendly* the Fee is $250.00 and max weight of pet allowed is 40 pounds. Pet fee is not included in the total. You have to let us know after reserving that you are bringing a pet so the pet fee can be added.**

The main level offers a cozy living area, two chairs, coffee table, a four seat breakfast table, and accesses the rear balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. On the downstairs main floor you will find a Guest Bedroom with a King size bed, Closet, and a private balcony with lagoon views. The guest bathroom is right outside the guest bedroom and doubles as the bathroom for the main floor. 

Upstairs there are two bedrooms connected by a large hall space at the landing of the stairs. Tucked into the corner of this area are built in bunks beds. On the side side of the duplex is the second guest bedroom with Queen Bed, private bathroom, closet, and private balcony that overlooks the pool, volleyball court, and peek-a-boo views of the gulf. On the North side of the upstairs is the Master Bedroom with King Bed, Private Bathroom, closet, and private balcony with views of Little Lagoon. 

Enjoy the great family friendly amenities like the built in pool, volleyball court, built in charcoal grill, and large covered picnic area.

This unit is located 1433 W Lagoon Ave, Gulf Shores, AL which is 1 block off the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS 

-DOG FRIENDLY with payment of non-refundable $250 pet deposit (per pet) which covers the extra cleaning required due to pet hair. You MUST tell us you are bringing your dog! 

-Amenities include free WiFi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen

-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. 

-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

-Must be at least 25 years old to book 

-Additional fees and taxes may apply 

-Photo ID may be required upon check-in 

-Check is at 4 p.m. (no exceptions)

-Check out is at 10 a.m. (you will be charged an extra day if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.) 

-If you are bringing a pet, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable pet deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. 

 - A full list of our rules and regulations is contained in our Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement, which you will agree to upon booking.
