Phoenix East II 2044 - You can "have it all" (location, upgrades, price) at "Orange Beach Retreat"!. This two (2) bedroom two (2) bath 1000 square foot condo perched in the Phoenix East II building in beautiful Orange Beach Alabama has wonderful views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass.  

 

Two (2) parking passes available maximum for this unit. $55 each to be purchased on site. Not included in reservation cost.

Unlike most of the other two-bedroom units in this building, the kitchen cabinetry in this unit has been reconfigured to accommodate a stainless-steel refrigerator which is full sized (versus the typical apartment sized).  The refrigerator also features the elegant side-by-side French door design, with in-door icemaker and cold-water dispenser.  Glass cooktop, all stainless-steel appliances, stone quartz counter tops, tile backsplash, and white cabinetry with whimsical sea creature nickel door pulls complete the fun beachy decor.  

The updated furnishings and unique beach decor give the feeling of sand and sea throughout the unit, with designer colors and white wood plantation shutters.  The oversized sleeper sofa and plush, comfortable recliner are so inviting to sit and enjoy the incredible view of the beach, Perdido Pass and direct view of the Gulf.  Entertainment options include a new 48-inch LED TV, Blu-ray DVD player, stereo receiver, and surround sound in-wall system to enjoy movies or music.  The oversized coffee table is perfect for playing family games.  The flooring of the entire unit is done in warm and beachy wood-look luxury vinyl planks and the balcony is done with large faux stone tile.  Heavy wood moldings and double paneled wood doors with nickel hardware accentuate this very stylish unit.

Large windows provide a great view of the beach and water from both the living area and the master bedroom, with entry to the balcony from both living and master.  The fourth-floor balcony is the perfect vantage point for beach and pool viewing as well as possibly catching some of the 'free’ outdoor entertainment from the hotel conference center next door, such as concerts or fireworks (Fourth of July fireworks celebration can be seen directly from the condo balcony).

The newly painted primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with thick memory foam top and a 42' plasma flat screen TV.  In wall speakers connect to the stereo system in the living area.  The primary bath has a large separate vanity area with two sinks, and the bath area has a large walk-in shower with bench.  The second bedroom has one queen bed and one full-size bed with a 32' HDTV with DVD player, and a private bath.  The primary bedroom and both baths have had recent major upgrades, with wood cabinetry, elegant stone quartz counter tops, and updated faucets.  The second bath has a new tub/shower combo, tile surround, designer glass mosaic accent, with new faucet and spa shower head. 1000 sq. ft. unit.

Washer and dryer are in the unit.

Phoenix East has all the amenities you look for in a condo complex, including: indoor and outdoor pools, a Splash Pad for the little ones, hot tubs, sauna, racquetball, basketball, and tennis courts, and an exercise room!

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES:  Two (2) parking passes available maximum for this unit. $55 each to be purchased on site. Not included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Thanks for a great stay. The facilities were great and the amenities were just enough for my stay. The view was gorgeous. Do note that you will have to pay for parking at the complex on top of the reservation fees. For me it was about $115 for two cars for the 5 nights.

The condo was very clean. Check in process is easy and relatively quick. Outdoor pool is very nice and the indoor pool and spa is nice to have. The only complaint that I have is the parking pass is $55.
