Romar Place 1104 - Experience total relaxation in your three (3) bedroom, two (2) bathroom, 1,250 sq. ft. direct gulf front property, convenient to restaurants and family activities.
 

Two (2) Parking Passes are to be picked up at complex office on site. The charge is $36 each. (debit or credit only accepted, no cash)

****Armbands are free and can be picked up when you register your vehicle(s) upon arrival. The HOA requires that they be worn any time while on the premise.

Romar Place is conveniently located on the western end of Orange Beach near many restaurants, shopping, and the Alabama Gulf State Park. Unit 1104 is on the top (Penthouse) floor and overlooks the gorgeous emerald-blue Gulf of Mexico.

As you enter the unit, to your left is the open kitchen and living area with Gulf view. The kitchen has just been remodeled with new stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops. The new furniture in the living area includes a sleeper sofa and two comfy chairs for relaxing. The living room is complete with a large HDTV and Gulf front balcony access. Just off the living area, you will find the Master suite with King bed, HDTV, private gulf balcony access, and a private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Back at the main entrance, you will walk straight down the hallway to enter the guest quarters. The laundry closet is located on your right behind the new custom barn doors. The first bedroom found on your left has two twin beds, new HDTV, a beautiful new side table, and a spacious closet. The second bedroom is down the hall on your left. It includes a Queen bed, a HDTV, bedside table, and spacious closet. The guest bathroom is found at the end of the hallway with a tub/shower combo.

Amenities include beach front pool, boardwalk to the beach with shower, community grill area with picnic tables, indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, free Wi-Fi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

From start to finish, Beachball Properties was absolutely amazing. My husband and I had a very rare few days to getaway just the two of us. We celebrated my 40th, our anniversary, surviving parenthood to twins for their first year (alongside a 4yo) and just life! Beachball Properties was responsive from the start when I simply inquired of any discount codes that might be available. From there, reservations and booking were perfect. We hit a small hiccup when we arrived and checked in to our condo. From here, Angie and her supervisor Shannon went ABOVE and beyond to tackle our issue with Very noisy construction at a nearby neighboring condo building. We were given options, time to decide and ultimately landed at Romar Place 1104 and had a fantastic stay. The customer service offered to us by Angie was nothing short of Amazing. Her calm, supportive, positive demeanor quickly diminished any ounce of doubt in what our vacation would turn out to be. Everyone needs an Angie working for them!!! We will certainly be back to the gulf coast and I can honestly say I will only look to book through Beachball from here on out.
