 Caribe B802 is a Four (4) bedroom, three (3) bathroom, 2102 sq. ft. spacious, luxurious, multi-waterfront condo in Orange Beach, Alabama, located in the renowned Caribe Resort.   

 

There are only two (2) parking passes available for this unit.

Nicknamed "THE MILLION DOLLAR VIEW," Caribe B802 is a four (4) bedroom, three (3) bathroom waterfront unit. Located on the 8th floor with amazing views of The Gulf of Mexico, The Perdido Pass, Cotton Bayou, Bayou Saint John, the small inlet islands, and the Caribe Marina. This unit comfortably sleeps 10 and has private balcony access from the living area, 2nd guest bedroom, and primary bedroom. The Primary bedroom features a King bed, HDTV, private bathroom, and private balcony access. The private primary bath has a Jacuzzi tub with a separate walk-in shower, double vanity, and HUGE walk-in closet. 

The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, HDTV, private balcony access, and a private bath with a tub/shower. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, HDTV, and private bath access to the hall bathroom with tub/shower. The media/bunk room is perfect for the kids and is equipped with a twin bunk bed, a queen sleeper sofa, an HDTV, and PlayStation. The kitchen features granite counter-tops, stainless-steel appliances, and comes with everything you could ever imagine needing (plus some!). The living and dining areas are complete with cozy, oversized furniture, HDTV, and floor-to-ceiling water views.

Caribe Resort is located in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama, just east of the Perdido Pass and one mile west of the Florida-Alabama border. Resort amenities include: 24-hour guarded entry gate, assigned and covered parking, 3 outdoor tiered saltwater pools (two of which are zero entry), 9 outdoor hot tubs, 2 outdoor water slides, 1 outdoor kiddie water slide, 3 indoor heated saltwater pools, 3 indoor hot tubs, 2 wet saunas, 2 dry saunas, fishing docks, outdoor BBQ area, shuttle to beach, Bocce ball court, pickle ball court, 3 lighted tennis courts, a putting green, new mini golf course, fitness centers in each building, and boat slips available for rent through the Caribe Marina. There is free wireless internet available throughout property. Cobalt Restaurant is located on-site for a breathtaking waterfront dining experience. There is also a deli located on-site to grab a quick bite for lunch.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: 2 passes are included in the reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Clean comfortable and a great location…

We stayed in unit 802B, I cannot explain the amazing view, it was breathtaking. We had a panoramic view of the Bay with all the boats and island, and the ocean. The wrap around balcony was massive with plenty of chairs and seating for our family to be out there together. The rooms were perfect sizes, the laundry room was equipped with outdoor supplies, canopy, floats, kitchen had everything you need, the kids room was perfect, master suite was huge, comfy couches for all of us to be in the living room together to take in the views, comfy beds, clean unit, extra pillows and blankets, very quiet, so much storage and space for a family. We never left the resort except to eat or shop. Every pool on the resort had slides, baby pools, something for all ages to be together in the same spot instead of separating, lazy river was awesome, there is a bar where you can get food as well, bathrooms, indoor pools, so much to do onsite . Our unit was right by the elevator and our parking spot was right off the elevator so easy access, no waiting for elevators. All the staff we met was super friendly and helpful. The place we rented from Beachball properties was very accessible and were amazing to work with . We will definitely be back to this unit. The walk to the beach was literally 2 minutes and even though there was red flags the whole week we were there, it was still calm on the bay side beach, and you still get to walk on the ocean side. Cobalt restaurant is amazing and the boat dock is right there if you want to rent or park your boat.

We really enjoyed the stay. The view was amazing. The condo was very clean and the living area was spacious. I have a couple of suggestions for some inexpensive items that would be helpful. They include kitchen shears, toilet bowl brushes in each bathroom and a couple of large bowls for salads and/or snacks.

Great stay! Great facility! Wonderful experience! Only improvement possibly.....have the keys and information waiting for us the the location we stayed at and also the ability to leave the keys there as well. Just something to think about. Outside of that.....amazing experience! Thank You!!
