There are two (2) parking passes available per reservation. (1 reserved, covered space next to elevator - CP15, 1 communal non-numbered parking space)

This luxurious Penthouse condo in the C building, has a remarkable Gulf, back bay island, and a lazy river, pool deck view. The wrap around balcony has plenty of seating to take in the cool breeze, smell the salt air, and work on your tan. Designer furniture throughout the living area and dining area showcase this perfectly designed property. The upgraded kitchen is equipped with upgraded Quartz countertops, stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, including an electric wall oven with built-in microwave, warming drawer, and sizeable refrigerator with a half bath located right off the hallway. Enjoy the separate bar area with Keurig coffee maker, stand-alone icemaker, and blender to make drinks with. 

The spacious master bedroom features a King-sized bed, mounted HDTV, private master bathroom with standalone shower & jacuzzi tub, a beautiful custom walk-in closet, floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a wrap-around scenic balcony. The second bedroom, adjacent to the master, also has a King-sized bed and shares the Gulf side balcony access and magnificent views, mounted HDTV and private bath. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed, mounted HDTV, and private bathroom. The final guest bedroom has two twin bunk beds.

As a guest at the Caribe, you can receive 10% of your private charters, jet ski rentals, kayak rentals, tiki boat charter, dolphin cruises, and more! There is free wireless internet available throughout property. Cobalt Restaurant is located on-site for a breathtaking waterfront dining experience. There is also a deli located on-site to grab a quick bite for lunch.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: 2 passes are included in the reservation. (1 reserved, covered space next to elevator - CP15, 1 communal non-numbered parking space) The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

We stayed from 05/23/23-05/27/23 … Such a beautiful condo! My family and I have stayed at the Caribe twice a year for the past seven years. This unit blew us away! The decor was very well thought out and gorgeous, it was pretty clean, the views were breathtaking, the space was phenomenal. We were actually staying in a different unit (that was not owned by Beachball Properties) and a lot of things were inoperable or dirty, so we reached out to Beachball Properties to move to this unit… The Beachball property managers were MORE than helpful, accommodating, and very nice. They were super easy to work with, communication was great. They literally saved our vacation! Couldn't say enough WONDERFUL things about this unit or the property managers. You will definitely be happy staying in this unit!
