Crystal Shores West is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and groceries. This two (2) bedroom, two (2) bathroom property comfortable sleeps 6.

This condo has an open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area that the whole family can enjoy. The living area has a Queen sleeper sofa, a cozy chair, HDTV Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, and access to the HUGE balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, and glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. 

Just off the living area is the primary  bedroom featuring a King size bed, HDTV, private bathroom, and private balcony access through the sliding glass door. The second bedroom on the opposite side of the condo offers a Queen Bed, HDTV, and shares access to the second full hall bath.

 

 The complex offers heated indoor/outdoor swim through pool with zero entry, fountains, hot tub, sauna, barbecue grills, a spacious game room (pool and foosball), fitness center that overlooks the sugary sandy beach and a spectacular million-dollar view!

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes.  The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

This place was perfect for our event. The location suited our needs. We were there for track and field event and we were 10 minutes from that location. Shops and restaurants were within 5 minutes. There was plenty of parking when we were there. It was very clean and modern . The view of the beach was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay with these accommodations.

The condo was very nice and comfy. Spectacular view of the ocean. Patio is spacious and not crowded. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. Definitely recommend and will definitely book again in the future!

The Condo was fabulous. It was really nice and clean. The mattresses were okay. The kitchen was well stocked with good cookware and eating utensils. The weather was terrible the week we were there but thanks to the condo being as nice as advertised it helped save the week along with all the good restaurants. So even with Tornado Warnings, Flash Flooding, and rain every day but one we still enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to return.

I loved this condo. It was comfortable, decorated beautifully and with updated appliances, etc.The bed in the master bedroom was super and the bathrooms were huge! I would love to stay here again.

This condo is exactly as pictured.....and it's gets even better from there. Plenty of parking at the property, easy beach access, and only a few steps to the store for supplies. The view from the balcony is beautiful...and you can let the ocean lull you to sleep every night in the master bedroom with the sliders to the balcony. Plenty of comfy seating, spacious rooms and bathrooms....and every convenience. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
