 "HOOK WINE AND SINKER" is a three (3) Bedroom, two (2) Bathroom, 1300 sq. ft. house located about ONE block from the white sugary sand beach. A traffic light with pedestrian crosswalk provides easy access to the beach. 


Three (3) cars max allowed; no parking passes needed.

Take the opportunity to reserve and vacation at this very unique cottage located in the heart of Gulf Shores, AL. Just one block away from the sugary white sand beaches, this cottage has everything you need for a great family vacation and then some. This property has three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, and sleeps 10 guests. As you enter the house you will immediately recognize the custom, hand-built furniture made from real boat decks and pilings. The main living space is open and connects to the dining area and kitchen. Past the living space is the main hallway that takes you to the bedrooms. The two (2) guest bedrooms flank either side of the hallway, the left bedroom has a Queen bed, the right-side bedroom has a King bed, and both share the hall bathroom. At the back of the house, you will find the Primary bedroom with two Queen Beds, HDTV, private bathroom, walk in closet, and private access to the rear deck. 

This property features two decks on either side of the house for relaxing, a large covered "fun" area with fans for those warm summer days, a separate downstairs fridge to cool down beverages, and the owner even provides a custom-built cart for pulling your beach items around. Speaking of pulling your beach items just one block to the beautiful beaches, the great thing about this house is that at Beach Blvd, there is a designated pedestrian cross walk signal that can be called by an individual. Simply press the button and traffic will be stopped shortly for you and your family to safely cross W Beach Blvd to the public beach access. No worrying with crossing through someone's yard with this highly sought-after convenience.

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.


  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.


  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.


  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.


  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.


  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.


  • PARKING PASSES: 3 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.


  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.


  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.


  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

What a nice beach house. Convinient to beach, shopping, dining and golf. Teens had a bit of freedom without being across town or further.
