Marlin Key 1F is a beautifully updated BEACH FRONT three-bedroom three bath condo in Orange Beach, Alabama. Located approximately 1/2 a mile from the world-famous Flora-Bama Lounge, this unit comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests.  

 

 Marlin Key 1F Experience relaxation DIRECTLY on the beach at this beautiful three (3) bedroom, three (3) bathroom, 1,650 sq. ft. condo. Super convenient to the world-Famous Flora-Bama, several restaurants, and plenty of shopping.  

 

Two (2) parking passes (maximum) included in reservation price.

 

THE PROPERTY

As you enter the condo, to the right you will find the first guest bedroom with 2 full beds and mounted HDTV. There is an attached bathroom with a shower and vanity that connects to the hallway. To the left is an additional bedroom with a King bed and mounted HDTV. Attached to the king bedroom is a private full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. 

The hallway opens up to a spacious open-floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room area. The kitchen is fully updated with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, and glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Orange Beach vacation. The living room is furnished with a large sectional, which is a sleeper sofa (queen), a comfortable reading chair, and large HDTV. The living room has access to the private BEACH FRONT balcony as well as the master bedroom. 

The Primary Bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed as well as a twin-trundle bed with a pull-out underneath, HDTV, breath-taking views of the Gulf, and access to the BEACH FRONT balcony. The attached primary bathroom has a jetted jacuzzi tub, standup shower, and double vanity.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. 

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes max included in reservation.  The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

This was our Grandkids first beach trip and we all had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful and so clean. We had everything we needed to cook. We had an issue with the air conditioner and the maintenance crew we there in a matter of minutes to fix the problem. We really enjoyed the beach package that you recommended and they delivered and picked up on time. The Hensley family will be back soon. Thank you all!!

Our family of six adults and two young kids had a great time at this condo. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was very clean and just a quick flight of stairs (or elevator ride) down and you were practically on the beach. One of the best condos we have stayed at in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area.
