Ocean House II Unit 2905 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 950 sq. ft. condo located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama. 

 

Two parking passes maximum allowed for this property to be purchased on site.

*Please note: March 1st – November 1st - $30 per pass weekly. If guests stay longer than a week you must purchase a pass for each week of the stay.

November 1st – February 28th - $30 per pass a month

The main living space offers a cozy living area with Queen sleeper sofa, cozy chairs, HDTV, and coastal décor. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, and glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. The condo also offers an indoor & outdoor dining areas and bar seating. The Primary Bedroom has a King size bed, HDTV, and bathroom access for privacy. The Primary bathroom comes with a shower/tub combo. The Front Guest bedroom has a King Bed, HDTV, and a private bathroom.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: Two parking passes maximum to be purchased on site upon arrival. *Please see note regarding parking above.*  The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

This condo was the perfect size for our needs. My favorite thing was that both bedrooms had king size beds. No arguing about who gets the king. The only negative is that the curtain panels in the balcony bedroom need to be replaced due to some soiling that is unpleasant to see.

Very nice condo! The view was spectacular! Pictures and reviews are on point. We definitely would stay here again! Shortwalk to the beach and the walk-in pool was so nice! There is no hot tub it is a kiddie pool which did not matter to us! This is our 4th year at gulf shores and this condo was so nice and private just enough distance away from restaurants etc… the price was great! Anyone who rents this condo will not be disappointed! Only issue we had was finding a guard to purchase our parking pass but ended up later that night finding him at the guard shack and he explained they are short staffed which seems to be the problem everywhere these days! Overall if I could give 10 stars I definitely would!

From the location to the beautifully decorated condo, this is such a nice, comfortable property. Especially loved the comfortable bed and the deck furniture. Just need to know to bring ALL supplies for the week. Will stay here again.
