There is a large open living space in this beautiful BEACH FRONT condo. The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa, 2 cozy chairs, and a large HDTV. The dining room has a nice table with seating for 6. There is additional bar seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen has black quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware that you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. 

The Master Suite has a king bed, private access to the balcony, double vanities, a jacuzzi tub and standup shower. The first Guest Bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second Guest Bedroom a Twin bunk bed & a Queen bed with a connected hall bath with a tub/shower combo. 

The best feature of this magnificent condo is the spacious GULF FRONT balcony outfitted with outdoor furniture including. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the boats go by and feeling the salt air on your skin.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Overall we had a great experience with this place. The unit was spacious with a great view. The rooms had extra fans & laundry baskets to put dirty clothes. There were minor issues with the ice machine freezing up but besides that this place is very clean, spacious and directly on the beach. I would recommend this unit to friends & family who are looking to stay on the beach. Nothing better than waking up every morning to the ocean.

This place was beautiful, the condo, the view, it was so refreshing to be able to sit back and relax. I hope we can get it again next year!

Everything was wonderful and everything we needed was provided. Could not have had an easier time getting in and out of the condo's parking lot as we traveled to and from locations. Security men were friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The swimming pool was mostly clean the majority of our stay, minus a few cigarette-butts here and there around the pool area. We did notice a bad smell upon our arrival in the condo, coming from the small sink (near the wine fridge), and there was a sour smell from the washing machine when we opened it…. Both probably needed some general cleaning or plumbing done; but they both were in working condition. We noticed some issues with the plumbing/drainage in the two guest bathrooms (not the master bath). There was some EXTREMELY loud and concerning knocking coming from the plumbing in the wall between the guest bathroom and kitchen. My husband assumed the pipes are lose in the wall and need to be secured. Both the guest bathrooms had trouble draining, looked like sand was backing into the tub when slowly draining. We enjoyed our stay, even with the minor issues we noticed. Beachball made it super easy for us, and we look forward to our next vacation!
