Welcome to Shore Nuff! Shore Nuff is an adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage equipped to sleep 6 in the PRIME location of Gulf Shores. Shore Nuff features beautiful updates throughout the home, both gulf and lagoon views, a huge spacious front porch and it’s very own heated/cooling private pool! Shore Nuff is perfect for your next relaxing getaway as it is in the middle of Gulf Shores near all of the area's attractions, but it is tucked away so that it is private, and guests may enjoy quiet relaxation.

Shore Nuff is an adorable 2nd tier beach cottage with its own private pool which has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is equipped to sleep 6. Shore Nuff is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. Shore Nuff is located right across the street from the Gulf and has beach access only .2 miles away! Whether you prefer relaxing on the front porch taking in the Gulf Views or lounging by the pool while taking in the Lagoon Views, Shore Nuff is the place for you!
One of our favorite features of Shore Nuff is that Shore Nuff has its own private pool which can be heated or cooled for an additional fee for year-round enjoyment! Make sure to bring your favorite barbecue recipes so you can grill poolside on your private built-in charcoal grill! Guests will have the best of both worlds as they can lounge by the quiet pool or take a short walk to the beach to get a little sandy!
Shore Nuff has large picture-perfect windows throughout the living and dining area where guests can take in the views and let the sunlight in! Shore Nuff is also equipped with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare a savory meal. Guests may enjoy a meal together at the dining area to seat 4 with additional bar seating for 2. The living area has a 42" LCD TV with Tivo and DVD available so it is the perfect place to spread out and watch a movie after a long day in the sun!
In the master bedroom, guests will find a queen size bed to sleep 2, an LCD TV with built-in DVD and an attached bath. In bedroom #2, guests will find a queen size bed to sleep 2, an LCD TV with build-in DVD and an attached bath. Guests will find a sleeper sofa in the living area that will sleep 2.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
- RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
- NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
- AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
- CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
- CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
- MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
- PARKING PASSES: 4 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
- CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
- WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
- RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The company is very organized. I liked the check in and check out emails. We didn't have any issues with the door or anything with the house while we stayed. The house feels like home. The beds are nice. The one I slept in was a big springy but I slept well. Everything was close by and the beach was also in walking distance. We had a nice time and we enjoyed gulf shores!
Great place for a romantic get away or family vacation! My wife and I enjoyed our stay! The Home is beautiful and clean! I would recommend this place to anyone! Most definitely will stay Here again!

Clean. Pool was used more than expected & it was in great shape. The seating inside the pool was a great surprise. We used the covered porch ALL the time. Was bigger than the pictures. The bath tub wasn't draining right, called property management & it was fixed in 24 hours. Great service! The walk to the beach is literally across the street. The location was far enough from downtown that the main road was crossable. Does have a crockpot. When I emailed with that question, they said no but it did. Plenty of house hold supplies for whatever you need. Coffee pot was full size. We had 5 adults & one kid. Put a twin size air mattress up every night & there was plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again!! No complaints even from my boyfriend who complains about everything.
Wonderful place to stay! We really appreciated the stocked kitchen and easy walk to the beach. When we had an issue with the lock, we were got a callback quickly and the issue resolved promptly. Would definitely stay here again!
I'm giving Shore Nuff five stars. We had a wonderful time, the house was clean, well maintained, comfortable, and we had a fantastic experience. This was our first time staying in Gulf Shores instead of Orange Beach and we will definitely book with Beachball Properties and Shoe Nuff in the future.

The home was awesome and we had a great stay. My only critique would be for people like myself who are traveling by plane,then rental car, we had no way to enjoy the beach. A beach wagon with at least 4 beach chairs and a few solid beach toys like buckets, shovels etc for people with kids would be nice as well S at least 4 beach towels. Just something to consider to make flight customers more apt to rent. I know there is rental places but convenience is key.
