 Shoreline Breeze - Enjoy a great Gulf Coast vacation at this wonderful gulf front home! Gorgeous views of the sugar sand beaches of Gulf Shores.


 Shoreline Breeze is a 3 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom, 3294 sq. ft. house is located in Gulf Shores, Alabama.  


Four (4) vehicles max allowed at property; no parking passes needed.

Shoreline Breeze is an immaculately decorated and designed 3 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom private home located directly on the sugary white sand beach on West Beach in Gulf Shores, AL. 

You enter the home on the ground floor where you will find the first of three living spaces for relaxing and watching the large HDTV. This living space is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa and is perfect for the kids! Just up the first set of stairs you find a nice open floor plan consisting of the spacious main living area with large HDTV, an open eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances, dining area, as well as small seating area for relaxing or reading a good book. Off the main living area is a large deck for taking in the great views of the private beach and gulf. Walk down the outside stairs to access the outdoor shower and the private beach access for you and you guests.

Just off the kitchen is the first bathroom with tile shower and granite counter tops and the upscale laundry area with HE appliances. On the other side of the open living area, you will find the master suite. The master has a king bed, elegant decor, and HDTV. The master bath has a double vanity, granite counter tops, a custom stand-up shower, and a chic claw-foot tub. 

Head upstairs to the third floor and you find the third living area with HDTV, sofa and chair, table with seating for 4, and gulf front balcony access. Just off the left side of the living area is the first guest bedroom with queen bed and a set of bunk beds, cute decor, HDTV, and a private bathroom.  To the right of the living area is the second guest bedroom that comes with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. This room is complemented with nautical decor, HDTV, and an adjoining private bath with tub/shower.

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.


  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.


  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.


  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.


  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.


  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.


  • PARKING PASSES: 4 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.


  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.


  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.


  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
