Summerchase 202 is wonderfully decorated with coastal décor and colors. The living area is staged for anyone with a love for the gulf coast, it has plenty of seating for the whole family, an HDTV, and balcony access. The gulf facing balcony is waiting for you right off the living area. The balcony overlooks the pool and has fantastic gulf views. The gulf front master bedroom adjoins the living area, and features a king bed, HDTV, balcony access, and a private master bathroom. The master bath has a double vanity, and a custom, huge walk-in, stand-up shower.
The fully equipped custom kitchen with sand colored, marble washed walls is something to be seen in person. A stacked washer/dryer is located off the kitchen. Just off the dining area is a wet bar with a wine fridge. The guest bedroom in the front of the unit has two (2) full size beds, a closet, and an HDTV with a beautiful view off the gulf outside the window. Next to the guest bedroom is the hall/guest bathroom.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
- RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
- NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
- AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
- CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
- CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
- MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
- PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
- CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
- WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
- RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Enjoyed the condo and the beach. Our boys loved the ping pong table. The air conditioning wasn't cooling properly, but you came within hours and got it fixed for us. Do wish the main patio door was in working order.
Love it just like last year. Will be back
The condo is nicely decorated and has all the things necessary for cooking, baking and entertaining. There are not many wine/beer glasses so I would suggest bringing some or buying disposable. Linens and beds are comfortable but there are no extra blankets for cool nights. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, markets and shopping are also close. You can walk to many places! The beach is private and not packed! We had a wonderful stay and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
We had a perfect stay. The whole process of finding this place, communication, checking in and checking out were so easy! The place was just as wonderful as described. Beachball properties was so easy to get in contact with and ensured we were taken care of. Thank you for the memories and we look forward to coming again!
We had a great time and our unit was perfect! Plan to be back next April!
