Summerchase 308 is tastefully decorated with coastal decor and colors throughout. The living area is staged for anyone with a love for gulf coast living, with plenty of seating for the whole family, a reclining chair, an HDTV, and directly balcony access with beautiful sunset views. This west end cap, gulf facing balcony, is perfect for taking in evening sunsets while you sit in the bar height, composite chairs. The master bedroom is beside the the living area, is the gulf facing with a king bed, HDTV, chest of drawers, recliner, balcony access, and a private master bathroom. The master bath has a double vanity and a custom tile, stand up shower. 

The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Orange Beach vacation. The custom granite countertops are large enough to have a meal while sitting in one of the four bar stools. A stacked washer/dryer is located in a closet in the kitchen. The middle bedroom is located beside the kitchen and features a king bed, beach view, HDTV, closet, and extra storage. Next to the guest bedroom is the hall/guest bathroom with a glass, custom tile shower. Across the hall is the front guest bedroom with two twin beds, HDTV, closet, and extra storage.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES: 

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: _2 parking passes___ Is included with the reservation. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
