***Starting April 1, 2024, through May 23, 2025, there will be construction activities in Building "A". ALSO: Construction in Building "B" that might affect our guests is expected to be complete by May 30, 2024.***
There will be a reduced construction crew at Building "A" during June, July and a few weeks in August, which will help minimize guest impact. Associated with the construction you will hear LOUD, EXCESSIVE noises (grinding/jackhammering) during operational hours and cranes/scaffolding will be onsite. 


Welcome to Summer House 1505B! Scouting out a million-dollar waterfront view this vacation season? Cue Summerhouse 1505B! With scenic views of the aquamarine shaded Gulf of Mexico, you’ll feel right at home with the mermaids and dolphins alike.

Summer House 1505B is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 1263 sq. ft. cottage is located in Orange Beach, Alabama.  

 

Two (2) parking passes are provided with your reservation.

This three bedroom and two-bathroom beachfront condominium sleeps ten guests and undoubtedly serves up some photogenic views! The oversized balcony right off the living room is the perfect stage for basking in the sun or stars, all as they dip and dive into the gulf. There is an outdoor dining table, Adirondack chairs and a wicker seat with ottoman for your lounging pleasure. Enjoy an open-air meal or cocktail of your choice in the gently salted breeze.

Slide back inside to the seashore chic living area where you’ll have several options to rest your feet! There are two comfortable chairs with ottomans and an equally cozy sleeper sectional sofa where you can lay your head for an afternoon snooze or view the large flat screen television. The white-washed shiplap walls make the décor and wood-inspired floors pop throughout.

Open to the living room is an elegant dining area with seating for six individuals. Make sure to peak upwards at the showstopper of a chandelier!

Speaking of showstoppers, the brilliantly updated kitchen is the ideal space for any cook! It has built-in stainless-steel appliances and stunning white cabinetry. Prep a seafood dinner after a day offshore fishing or perhaps warm up the leftovers from last evening! Either way, you’ll find everything you need at an arm’s reach.

Wishing to retire after a sun-drenched afternoon? The primary bedroom offers views of the gulf from the luxury of the king-sized bed. Fall asleep to a show on the flat screen television or read a good book in the light of the lamps. The ensuite private master bathroom has a hand-crafted tile walk-in shower and vanity to match.

The first guest bedroom located up front has a queen-sized bed with coordinating nightstand and dresser. There is a flat screen television and closet to hang your clothing as well.

Moving to the second guest bedroom, you’ll find two full-size beds with a shared nightstand. There is a dresser and flat screen television sandwiched between two closets, one for each guest!

In the hallway, you’ll find a full guest bathroom with vanity and gorgeous glass-fronted walk-in shower. There is also a laundry closet with full-sized washer and dryer.

Every day is “shore” to be jam-packed at Summer House 1505B. The amenities are vast and bountiful, with an outdoor pool, indoor pool, charcoal grilling area, sauna, fitness facility and last but not least, the BEACH right out front. Book this property today before it’s gone!

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
