Experience this unique Penthouse condo for your next vacation. This complex was built before the new lines were set and sit out closer to the water with unobstructed east and west views. 

 

 Harbor House A1 is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 1584 sq. ft. unit located in directly on the white sugary sand beach of Gulf Shores.

 

There is Two (2) parking pass included with the reservation.

Harbor House A1 is a unique 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo located in Gulf Shores, AL. This unit comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests. As you enter the property you will immediately notice the vaulted ceiling with wood exposed beams in the living area. The living area has plenty of seating with a leather sleeper sofa, leather love seat, leather chair, large HDTV, old style iron fireplace (not operational), and coastal décor. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals for you and your guests. There is a dining table with seating for six and four additional bar stools at the kitchen counter. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with tons of storage and a second fridge.

Enjoy the large, enclosed balcony with plenty of seating and an extra sleeper sofa or venture out to one of the open-air balconies on either the east or west side. This property was built before the new condo lines were set, so you will be able to enjoy unobstructed views.

The split floor plan has a Primary bedroom on east side of the property. This bedroom has a king bed, lots of storage, a HDTV, private balcony access, and a private bathroom with shower &d soaking tub. Across the living area is the two additional bedrooms. The southwest bedroom has a King bed, storage, a HDTV, and private balcony access. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed, twin bed, costal décor, and storage. These bedrooms share a hall/guest full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Our stay at Harbor House A1 was absolute perfection. Plenty of room for everyone with a large living room and the Sunroom was an added bonus, with a spectacular view. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning while sipping coffee and watching the sunrise. Beach access is super simple and we enjoyed a view of the ocean, while cooking dinner each evening. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances you need, and we even found a blender for our milkshake craving. The bedrooms were very spacious and the front two overlook the ocean. We couldn't be happier with our stay and we plan to return again next year.

This condo was perfect for our group of 11! Beautiful view from balconies and sunroom, perfect location, right on the beach! Condo and pool were clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Gulf Shores. Hope to be back to Harbor House A1 next year!!

This beachfront penthouse felt more like a home than a condo with 180 degree unobstructed views of the gulf. We loved the two masters with private balconies on each side. Spent time in the pool when the gulf was too rough-pool was super nice and new too! Amazing!

My vacation in Gulf Shores staying at Harbor House A1 was fabulous! The condo has everything you need. It's right on the Beach, so there is easy access and you are able to go back and forth to and from the condo as you need. It has a wonderful pool if you don't feel like being on the sand. We were able to make dinner there some nights instead of going out and when we felt like going out, there are plenty of great places close to the condo. I will definitely go back there for another vacation!!
