Phoenix VI 415 is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 1420 sq. ft. condo located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama.


(2) parking pass is $55 each and needs to be purchased at the Condo Complex upon arrival.

Don’t pass on this gem of a unit located in the Phoenix VI complex! The living room unfolds to a scenic furnished balcony patio. Grab breakfast to go and prop up your feet, all while watching the sun bake the shore. After your morning salutation, saunter back inside to the living area. There is a large cream-colored sectional, plush chair and mounted flat screen television for your viewing delight.

Time for lunch or supper? Enjoy a meal in the dining area with seating for six. There are three bar stools for additional seating at the kitchen island. The fully functional kitchen has several amenities and built-in stainless-steel appliances amongst the cabinetries. Whether you wish to cook or simply plate a take-out order, the kitchen is completely equipped and ready for use!

There is a laundry closet with a full-sized washer and dryer in the hallway.

Heading to the primary bedroom, you’ll find it fitted with a comfortable King-sized bed with two nightstands. There is a sizeable dresser with mirror, entertainment cabinets and flat screen television. You will be just a sliding door away from the northern views of Cotton Bayou and private balcony access. Attached is the primary bathroom with vanity and tub/shower combination.

The first guest bedroom has two Queen-sized beds, shared nightstand, mounted flat screen television, wicker dresser with mirror and closet.

There is access to a guest bathroom with vanity and tub and shower combination.

Next is the second guest bedroom with Queen-sized bed, six-drawer dresser, mounted flat screen television, closet and reading chair.

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.


  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.


  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.


  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.


  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.


  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.


  • PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.


  • RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.


  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.


  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

We couldn't have selected a more perfect time! The weather was great, the views of the ocean and the bay were spectacular! The condo was nice and well maintained, spacious and updated with all of the amenities needed for a great vacation! We will definitely visit again!

The condo was well equipped and just as pictured. We were especially happy with the views, the balcony off the master faces the Cotton Bay, and the one accessible from both the dining and living areas gave us beautifully peaceful views of the beach and the gulf.

This condo was perfect for us! We had 5 adults and 4 kids. I loved that the condo is on the end of the building and we all had plenty of space. Everything in our condo was very clean. Even the hallways, elevators, and amenities were all very clean. There were plenty of shopping carts and luggage carts for our belongings and groceries. The pools were great and spacious. We thought the picture of the ice machine meant we had access to free ice, but it was $6 a bag, so that was a bummer. Overall we LOVED our stay and want to come back!

Upon arrival, I had issues with my card that was on file and the company was more than polite and happy to help. Unit was amazing and extremely clean. Great views and just as pictured! Balconies were kid safe and we loved the keypad entry so no worries of losing a key! Easy access to the beach but a rather long walk which we didn't mind. Pool was amazing and so was the chair and umbrella company. Could not have better things to say about this unit and Beachball Properties!

We had an amazing stay at Phoenix VI. The condo was more than comfortable for our family of 6. Love the corner unit with the larger deck. Any issues we had were promptly handled by Beachball management including rescheduling of the building cable upgrade to a date after we checked out.
