Reel Retreat at Little Lagoon Cottages is a two-bedroom, three-bathroom, 1362 sq. ft. unit located directly on Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This seaside chic multi-level cottage can comfortably sleep 8 guests and overlooks a scenic portion of the well-known ten-and-a-half-mile long body of salt water. There is never a shortage of coastal wildlife to take photos of to remember your magical stay!

Hoping to enjoy a southern comforting breakfast with a view? The immaculately curated décor in the living room sets the coastal tone, welcoming the outdoors in. Peek out onto the patio for scenery like you’ve never witnessed! There is ample seating and a large mounted flatscreen television. 

Off the living room is an open flow dining area to the kitchen. There is a dining table that seats six and for additional accommodations, an island bar with three stools. The pristine fully functional kitchen has the perfect set-up to excite even the most skilled culinary artist. Stunning countertops and modern whitewashed cabinets line the space, along with an array of utensils and other conveniences. 

You’ll find a full-sized washer and dryer tucked away in a closet on the second level.

There is a cozy built-in twin sized bunk bed with privacy curtain in the hallway and an attached bathroom that boasts a vanity and beautifully tiled tub and shower combination. 

Discover the most peaceful dreams in the soothing and spacious master bedroom. The king-sized bed is positioned to where you can easily watch the mounted flatscreen television. There is a dresser and closet to meet all your storage needs. Open the door and be whisked away onto the balcony, with lounge and bistro seating.   

The lavishly luxe ensuite master bathroom is fit for royalty. It features an expansive double-sink vanity and custom cabinetry throughout. There is a fully glassed walk-in shower adorned with elegant tile from top to bottom.

The second level showcases another built-in twin sized bunk bed with double flatscreen televisions for each! There is access to an adjoining bathroom that opens to both the bunks and the guest bedroom. It has a tiled tub and shower combo and sizeable one-sink vanity.

Just aside from the bunks is the guest bedroom with a plushy king-sized bed with a decorative bench sitting at the foot. There is a flatscreen mounted television with a dresser stacked below. Take in a sunrise on the balcony bistro set right outside the sliding door.

Make sure to swing your cares away downstairs on the ground level hanging swing. There is also a quaint picnic table for those wishing to dine alfresco.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. 

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Very nice place overlooking the pool and Little Lagoon. Easy Beach access across the street. Had a minor issue and Beachball was there in less than two hours to remedy. Great Service.

The property was gorgeous and very well maintained. There are a lot of stairs inside the unit, but it was totally worth it! We are already ready to book again!
