Gulf Shores Plantation 6303 This oasis in the snow-colored sand is the perfect getaway spot for even the most experienced spring, summer, fall or winter travelers.  

 

Gulf Shores Plantation 6303  is a beautifully decorated two (2) bedroom, two (2) bathroom 915 square foot condo that has fantastic expansive scenic views of the water. Lounge on the balcony furniture and let time slip away!

The living area boasts plenty of comfortable seating, including a reading chair, recliner and sofa sleeper. Lay back and watch a movie or program on the large flatscreen television. Relaxation at its finest!

There is a quaint dining area with a dining set that seats four. There is additional bench stool seating at the kitchen bar to accommodate three more guests. Grab a glass from the wine cabinet and toast to a day well spent.

The whitewashed kitchen is fully equipped with amenities and stainless-steel built-in appliances.  It is the ideal size for all your cooking needs, even if you just wish to plate up take-out!

Off the kitchen is a stackable washer and dryer in a laundry closet.

The first guest bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, flatscreen television, wicker dresser with mirror, and matching nightstands with lamps. There is an ensuite guest bathroom equipped with a spacious vanity and sink, as well as a tub and shower combination.

The second guest bedroom features a full-size bed with a shared nightstand and lamp. There is a mirrored closet, dresser, desk and flatscreen television. The attached bathroom has a one-sink vanity and a tub and shower combination.

Pack some sunscreen and your trusty pair of flip flops and head on down to the shore. Gulf Shores Plantation 6303 awaits your visit!

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: One (1) parking pass maximum not included in reservation cost. To be purchased through a link sent after booking.  The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

We have visited Gulf Shores Plantation many times. This was our first time in the Palms building. We chose it because of the big balcony and the washing machine in the condo as well as other reasons. First thing you need to know - as of summer 2023 there are NOT 2 twin beds in the second bedroom - only one full size bed. I saw that in a review and asked Beachball about it - they told me there were 2 twin beds. We managed with the pull out couch but it wasn't what we planned. Also - Suncoast is the beach equipment rental for the property. However - other than that - Beachball was wonderful to work with - answering other questions ahead of time and responding quickly throughout the experience. Others that travelled with us booked through Vacasa - who has most of the rentals there. One of the Vacasa A/Cs went out and they didn't fix it til the next day. Another had lights out, amenity pass messed up - Vacasa didn't fix it all. I recommend using someone other than Vacasa if you can. Most amazing things about this condo - the balcony did not disappoint. Big balcony with good furniture as pictured. Comfortable beds. The windows! All windows had darkening curtains on them - the two balcony sliding door windows has these automatic blinds that made the rooms pitch black dark - it was amazing! I wish I had those at home. The condo was CLEAN when we arrived - I don't know how they get all the sand out. Smart TV in the living room with comfortable furniture - two recliners. The condo had 2 fans in it - which we used and we brought another. I recommend having these in the summer in any place on the property I've ever stayed in. The third floor had a good view of the gulf - any lower might not have and much higher you would need to use the elevator more. I definitely recommend! We would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future!
