Crystal Shores West 803 is a two (2) Bedroom, two (2) Bathroom, 1103 sq. ft. Condo located DIRECTLY on the beach in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama.

 

Two (2) parking passes (max) included in reservation cost.

This Two (2) bedroom, Two (2) bath beach condo comfortably sleeps 6 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The open living area features a comfortable decor with a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. The Master Bedroom comes with a King bed, HDTV and full bathroom. The Guest Bedroom has one (1) queen bed. There is a second full bathroom accessed from the hallway. 

 The complex offers heated indoor/outdoor swim through pool with zero entry, fountains, hot tub, sauna, barbecue grills, a spacious game room (pool and foosball), fitness center that overlooks the sugary sandy beach and a spectacular million-dollar view!

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes.  The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Everything was great. As last year. We all had a great time. Need a better shower curtain in guest bathroom. It was so thin that all it did is blow around and stick to you. Love what you did to the master bath. Had an issue with the next door neighbor wife smoking cigarettes husband on back smoking cigars. Called you guys and had the HOA take care of him. Other than that everything was great as last year. I'll be looking forward to coming again next year..

Our condo was very nice. I liked the key entry except for at night after we were inside for the night I couldn't tell if the door was locked or not. A dead bolt lock would be nice. The bathroom off the first bedroom the shower curtain was too short and did not have magnets at the bottom and therefore was hard to keep in the tub to prevent water from going all over and it also sucked in so when you were showering it hugged up against you. The parking situation was a bit confusing since we checked in after the office was closed, but figured it out with help from friends. I really liked how close you were to the beach and the pool area was nice also. Overall, I would say our first experience with renting through VRBO was a success!

We loved this condo! It was very clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, beautiful balcony, and easy beach access! I would definitely stay here again!

The home was clean and nicely appointed. The beach area was beautiful. We had no issues with the stay at all. Would pick this same place my next visit.
