Lighthouse 705 is a charming two bedroom and two bathroom condo located in Gulf Shores Alabama. With a bonus bunk room that is ideal for small families or couples on the move. You’ll find true peace of mind here!

 

Two (2) parking passes maximum available for purchase on site. Not included in reservation cost.

As you step into Lighthouse 705, the floor to ceiling windows that showcase the Gulf are hard to miss! Slide through the glass doors and step into paradise. The furnished balcony overlooks the sugary sands and turquoise waters of the Alabama coastline. Enjoy an entrée on the outdoor dining set while the breeze wafts through your hair.

Back inside, you’ll find the living room fitted with a comfortable sleeper sofa, three sitting chairs, and large entertainment cabinet with a flatscreen television. The open floor plan creates a seamless feel throughout the unit.

Just off the living room is a quaint dining area with seating for six guests. The kitchen bar also accommodates two additional individuals. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped with built-in appliances and ample amenities for even the most seasoned cook.

There is hallway laundry closet with full sized washer and dryer, so you do not even have the leave the comfort of the unit for laundering needs!

The primary bedroom boasts private access to the water font balcony. Stay on the king-sized bed and take in a sunrise without even getting up. Now that’s luxury!  There are two nightstands with lamps, a dresser and flatscreen television. The ensuite primary bathroom has a lavish tiled walk-in shower and two-sink vanity with mirror.

The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, two nightstands with lamps, entertainment cabinet with flatscreen television and a reading chair. There is a second full bathroom accessible from the hallway with a tub and shower combination and vanity with mirror.

There is a bunkroom with twin bunks that is absolutely perfect for the kiddos!

If scenic vistas are your cup of tea, check out Lighthouse 705! Sip an actual cup of tea on the balcony and be perfumed by the salt air and serenaded by the lapping waves.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. 

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: Two (2) passes maximum available for purchase on site. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Beautiful condo! Very comfortable beds. Ceiling fans and standing fans are nice. Love the walk in shower in master bath. Kitchen had everything you need. Had nice blender and even a Keurig. View of beach is beautiful. There's a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Balcony is large and accessible from living room and bedroom. Was very clean. Beachball Properties is friendly and great to work with too. You can't go wrong. Stayed here before and will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful vacation in this condo! It was perfectly appointed, exceptionally clean, and Beachball Properties were fantastic to deal with. We will definitely stay in this unit again and we will definitely use Beachball for future vacation rentals! Thanks for a great week!

We loved everything about this unit and this property. We Loved the Darling Beachy Decor in every room, the large laundry room and the fact that the washer and dryer are "old school" with KNOBS instead of electronic sensors that are hard to figure out. Same with the thermostat--it was easy peasy. The views from this 7th floor unit are Gorgeous and unobstructed, the after-hours security guard, Dennis, was VERY helpful and friendly. Parking is on-site and NOT across the street, and the elevators are plentiful and SUPER-FAST. We also loved that there are TWO large pools and TWO hot tubs, and they are beautifully lit at night. And they are open until 10:30 p.m which is longer than most. We LOVE to swim at night! This is also one of just a handful of properties in Gulf Shores where the distance from the pools and condos are just a short distance, and you don't have to walk Forever to get to the water's edge. THIS is the property we will return to whenever we vacation in the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area.
