Martinique 205E This colorful two bedroom and two bathroom condo is located in the private community of Martinique by the Gulf in gorgeous Gulf Shores, Alabama. Enjoy the beach life with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the sugary sanded shoreline.

 

Two (2) parking passes included in reservation.

Make sure to bring your sunglasses when packing for Martinique 205 East. This cheery condo boasts beautiful scenic vistas just off the back patio. Prop up those feet on the furnished outdoor balcony and experience total relaxation in the sweet salty breeze.

Saunter inside to the fully tiled, lemon-hued living room. There is no shortage of seating available with two leather recliners, sofa sleeper and matching reading chair. Take a load off after a long day on the water and watch a show on the large flatscreen television.

Just off the living room is a cozy dining area with seating for six guests. Whether it be a cooked meal or simply take out, you can have a sit-down dinner just like you do back home. There are three additional stools at the kitchen bar as well.

The fully functional kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances, plentiful cabinet and counter space and numerous accessories such as a coffee maker, blender and toaster.

Step into the lavish primary bedroom with private access to the balcony. It is fitted with a king-sized bed, two nightstands with lamps, sitting chair, dresser and flatscreen television. The ensuite bathroom delivers true luxury with it’s spaciousness, large double sink vanity, glass walk-in shower and garden tub.  

The guest bedroom is ideal for little ones or teenagers. It features two twin beds, shared nightstand with lamp, closet, two dressers and a flatscreen television. There is a guest bathroom that is accessed through the hallway. It has a tub and shower combination and vanity with mirror.

Also in the hallway is a laundry closet that hosts a full-sized washer and dryer.

Take a dip in the community pool and grill burgers afterwards. If the beach is calling, answer it just out back! Coast away on the tropic feels at Martinique 205 East!

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes included in reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

This condo is perfectly located in Fort Morgan with access to a beautiful beach and private pool. The condo is spacious and has all the amenities that you need for a wonderful stay.

Great condo, very comfortable, with all the stuff you could need. A wonderful view of the beach, nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our time there.
