This coastal three (3) bedroom and two (2) bath 1300 square foot condo sleeps eight guests comfortably. The open floor plan with western views makes it ideal for family beach memories to be made! 

 

Two (2) parking passes maximum allowed for this unit. $55 each to be purchased on site. Not included in reservation cost.

Sugar sands and emerald waters await you at Phoenix 1091! The unit is located at the Phoenix 1 building in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama. This property possesses everything a traveler would need (and want) while on a break. The spacious Gulf-front balcony provides miles of shoreline views. There is an outdoor dining set for enjoying meals al fresco and a lounger for reading or taking an afternoon snooze in the salty breeze.  

The interior open floor plan provides easy access to everything. The living room has ample seating, with two chairs and a leather sofa sleeper. There is a flatscreen television and coastal decor. 

There is a dining area just off the living room with a dining set with seating for four. There is additional stool seating at the kitchen bar for four. The kitchen, finished with coastal elements and colors, is fully equipped and functional with built-in appliances, accessories and granite countertops.

The primary bedroom has a lush king-sized bed, two nightstands with lamps, dresser, a reading chair and a flatscreen television. The ensuite primary bathroom is fitted with a tub and shower combination and vanity with granite countertops.

There is a stackable washer and dryer in the hallway closet. You’ll also find a full bathroom accessible from the hall with a tub and shower combination and vanity with granite countertops as well.

The first guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, closet, dresser, and flatscreen television.

Nearby is the second guest bedroom with two full-sized beds, closet, dresser, reading chair, and flatscreen television.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes max. $55 each not included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

My family of five stayed here for our weeklong vacation and it was plenty spacious for all of us, and then some. It was clean upon our arrival, and one call had a minor repair taken care of in just a few hours. The view was great, location was great! I highly recommend!

This was our second year booking with Beach Ball Properties (BBP) and we are very pleased. The condo was very clean, condo was stocked properly with all the kitchen utensils and bathroom needs. Beachball Properties staff was very friends and excellent communication. Staff also went above and beyond when we left something behind to ensure it was shipped back to us in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend booking with Beach Ball!

It was VERY clean and spacious. The furnishings were extremely comfortable. The location was great. We were close to great restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this rental.
