Boardwalk 686 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, condo located directly on the white sugary sands of the Gulf of Mexico in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

 

There are two (2) parking passes included with the reservation

  This charming condominium is located directly on the beach in the heart of Gulf Shores. Stay here and be within walking distance of the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Sea-n-Suds Restaurant, and the Gulf Market. Enjoy the beach, swim in the pool, or just relax on your balcony. 

The main living space is outfitted with seating with a beach view! There is also a dining area with seating for 4 and seating at the Kitchen bar for 3. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, and glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. 

The Living Room features wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico and access to the large balcony so you can enjoy the sun and Gulf breezes. Comfortable bedrooms and a great location on the sixth floor enhance your vacation experience!

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: 2 Passes included in reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

We had a great stay the cleaners did a great job it was spotless and we were very pleased and the king bed mattress is awesome so comfortable thank y'all for making it so nice and comfortable and also loved the door code's it was so nice not having to worry about keys

We stayed at the Boardwalk. The condo was clean, beautiful, and well stocked. Even beach chairs! Beds were extremely comfy. Beachball was attentive and great to work with.

Very nice and clean condo. Loved staying right on the beach. Bonus is that it is right beside my favorite restaurant Sea & Suds. There's a souvenir and market store across the road. The day security man was very nice and helpful. My daughter and I had a great stay.

Everything was perfect. Only thing is I wish I knew when you enter door code, lift door handle UP! Lol! I wouldn't have had to bother the nice customer service lady! Condo had everything we needed! Perfect location. Very clean and comfy bed! Little groceries across the street. Restaurant on site. I lost an item somewhere and they called me personally and sent an office personal over to look for me! Very nice people to work with! Will definitely use Beach Ball again! My guests would have liked to had a gym onsite the Boardwalk. But not a deal breaker for us! Lovely property.
