Welcome to Sandy Dunes Escape! This beautiful home is located in the Ft Morgan community of Gulf Shores Alabama. Enjoy an incredible view toward the Gulf from your comfortable deck.  Featuring 5 Bedroom, 4 ½ Bathroom, this beach house is equipped to sleep 14 and is perfect for your next beach getaway! Relax and enjoy the peace and quiet while taking in the blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico on your balcony! This family friendly beach house has a fully equipped kitchen. Sandy Dunes Escape is Dog-Friendly! (1 dog, under 40 lbs with $250 DOG FEE) The house is also equipped with an elevator. Book your perfect beach getaway now!

Sandy Dunes Escape is a 5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bathroom, house is located down Fort Morgan Road in Gulf Shores, Alabama.  

 

(4) Four vehicles max allowed at this property; no parking passes needed.  

***DOG FEE is $250 and max weight of dog allowed is 40 pounds. Dog fee is NOT included in the total. You will need to let us know after reserving that you are bringing a dog so the fee can be added.***

This Five (5) bedroom, four and a half (4 ½) bath beach house comfortably sleeps 14 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The open living area features a comfortable decor with a view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

 

  • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

 

  • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

 

  • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
 
  • DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. 1 Dog Max 40 pounds.

 

  • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

 

  • PARKING PASSES: 4 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

 

  • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

 

  • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

 

  • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Beautiful house, very clean, nice quick walk to beach and pool areas. Family of 11 had plenty of room to get together and spread out. Elevator made four floors easy to manage. Only recommendation would be for extra coffee pot, and small trash can in upstairs kitchenette.
